Soul CBD Review (2026): Zero-THC Isolate, Sleepi and Out of Office
Soul — founded in Los Angeles in 2018 by siblings Mike and Angie Lee, and known as Soul CBD until its rebrand — is unusual among mainstream hemp brands in one specific way: its entire CBD range is CBD isolate, not full or broad spectrum. The company states plainly that its CBD products contain zero THC and are third-party confirmed at 0%.
That single decision defines who this brand is for. If you are drug tested at work, or you simply do not want any THC in your system, Soul removes the ambiguity that "non-detectable" broad-spectrum labelling leaves behind. If you specifically want the entourage effect of a full-spectrum extract, you are in the wrong shop.
Confusingly, Soul also sells Out of Office — a hemp-derived Delta-9 THC line that is now its best seller and does exactly the opposite. We have reviewed both below, along with the brand’s biggest transparency gap: we could not find a public certificate of analysis library anywhere on the site.
The Short Verdict
Soul is a strong choice for one specific buyer: someone who wants a well-made, well-flavoured CBD product with a zero-THC guarantee they can rely on. The isolate formulation, stated at 0% THC and third-party confirmed, is the reason to shop here.
It is a weaker choice if you care about verifiable lab documentation. We looked for a public COA library and found none — the lab-results and COA URLs on their own site both return 404. That does not mean the products are untested, but it does mean you are taking the claim on trust rather than reading the batch report yourself.
The returns policy is also unusually tight: unopened and sealed only, within 14 days, and you pay return shipping. Buy the smallest size of anything you have not tried.
What Soul Actually Sells
The catalogue splits cleanly in two. The CBD side is isolate-based and THC-free: gummies at 10mg or 25mg, oil drops from 500mg to 1500mg, Sleepi gummies and capsules for night use, and a Rapid Relief topical. The Out of Office side is hemp-derived Delta-9 THC in gummies and canned drinks.
Nothing in the CBD range is full or broad spectrum. That is a deliberate positioning choice rather than an oversight, and the brand is upfront about it.
CBD Isolate Range
Gummies, oil drops and a topical, all zero-THC. This is the core of the brand.
Sleepi Line
Gummies at 25mg CBD and capsules at 50mg CBD, both stacked with CBN, melatonin and botanicals.
Out of Office
Hemp-derived Delta-9 THC gummies from 1.5mg to 15mg, plus seltzers. Now the brand’s best seller.
The Soul Range at a Glance
Prices below are the list prices we observed in August 2026. Soul runs frequent sitewide promotions, so what you see at checkout may be lower.

|---|---|---|
| CBD Gummies | 10mg or 25mg CBD per gummy, 30 count | $35 / $40 |
| Sleepi Gummies | 25mg CBD per gummy plus CBN and melatonin, 30 count | $50 |
| CBD Oil Drops | 500mg, 1000mg or 1500mg per 30ml bottle | $30 / $50 / $70 |

Our Three Picks
If you are buying one thing, buy one of these.
Out of Office THC Gummies
The five-tier dosing ladder from 1.5mg to 15mg THC, all CBD-forward, is the best-designed edible range we have seen from a CBD-first brand. Read the review.
CBD Oil Drops 1500mg
About 4.7 cents per milligram at $70, the cheapest cannabinoid in the Soul catalogue by a clear margin. Read the review.
Sleepi Capsules
50mg of CBD per capsule with CBN, melatonin and a real botanical stack, at the lowest entry price in the sleep range. Read the review.
Why Isolate Matters Here
Most CBD brands sell broad spectrum and describe the THC as "non-detectable" — which means below the lab’s detection threshold, not zero. For most people that distinction is academic. For anyone subject to workplace drug testing it is not.
Soul’s position is unambiguous: the CBD products are isolate, containing no THC, third-party confirmed at 0%. If a zero-THC guarantee is your buying criterion, that is a meaningfully stronger claim than what most competitors offer.
The trade-off is the entourage effect — the theory that CBD works better alongside the minor cannabinoids and terpenes present in a whole-plant extract. Isolate strips those out. Whether that matters to you is the central question when deciding between Soul and a full-spectrum brand.
The Out of Office exception
Everything above applies to the CBD range only. Out of Office is deliberately THC-containing hemp-derived Delta-9, and Soul explicitly warns it may show up on a drug test. Do not treat the two lines as interchangeable.
Lab Testing and Transparency
This is where we mark Soul down hardest. The About page claims third-party lab testing, organically farmed hemp and all-natural ingredients. We could not find any public certificate of analysis library to back that up — both the lab-results and COA URLs on their own site return 404 pages.
That is a real gap in 2026. Publishing batch COAs is standard practice across the hemp industry, and its absence puts Soul behind brands like CBD American Shaman, which publishes dated per-batch reports openly.
A second labelling issue runs through the range: the CBN and melatonin amounts in the Sleepi gummies appear only in a supplement-facts image rather than in the page text, the Sleepi capsule count per bottle is never stated, and the oil drops do not give milligrams per dropper. None of these are dangerous omissions, but together they make it harder than it should be to compare Soul against a competitor on paper.
What Soul does disclose
- CBD milligrams per gummy, capsule and bottle
- Full ingredient lists including carriers and actives
- Zero-THC isolate status, stated plainly
- Flavour and count for the gummy range
What we could not verify
- Any public batch certificate of analysis
- CBN and melatonin amounts in the Sleepi gummies
- Capsule count per bottle for Sleepi Capsules
- Milligrams per dropper for the oil drops
- Per-product star ratings — only a sitewide "18,500+ reviews" badge exists
Shipping, Returns and the Small Print
Soul ships within the United States only. Free shipping applies above a threshold, but the site contradicts itself: the homepage banner says $100 while the FAQ says $75. Out of Office drinks carry flat-rate shipping and are excluded.
The returns policy is the most restrictive of any brand we have reviewed this year. Product must be unopened and sealed, returned within 14 days of receipt, and you pay the return shipping. There is no satisfaction guarantee — if you open a jar of gummies and dislike the flavour, that is your $40.
Subscriptions take 42% off the first delivery and then renew at 15% off, at two, four or eight week intervals.
Practical advice
Because you cannot return anything you have opened, buy the smallest or cheapest version of a product first. The Sleepi Capsules at $30 and the 500mg oil drops at $30 are the two lowest-risk ways to find out whether the brand suits you.
Discounts and Coupon Codes
Soul runs sitewide promotional codes rather than a permanent discount. In August 2026 the code SUMMER42 was advertised on their homepage banner for 42% off sitewide, and the subscribe-and-save programme takes 42% off a first delivery before renewing at 15% off.
Coupon aggregator sites list Soul codes of 50% to 75% off. We did not verify any of them at checkout and would not rely on them. Our Soul coupon page tracks only what we can see on the brand’s own site.
Who Should Buy Soul — and Who Should Not
Buy Soul if
- You are drug tested and want a genuine zero-THC guarantee
- You want flavoured CBD rather than raw hemp oil
- You want a sleep product with more than just melatonin in it
- You want a low-dose THC ladder to work up gradually (Out of Office)
Look elsewhere if
- You want full-spectrum CBD and the entourage effect
- You want to read the batch lab report before you buy
- You want the cheapest cost per milligram on the market
- You need a satisfaction guarantee on opened product
How Soul Compares
If the zero-THC isolate positioning is what drew you in, CBD American Shaman offers a THC-free variant on most of its lines while also publishing dated batch COAs — a better answer if lab transparency matters to you.
If you want full spectrum instead, CBDfx has a far broader catalogue and publishes lab reports across its range. For the sleep use case specifically, compare against our best CBD gummies guide.
Soul CBD FAQ
Is Soul CBD full spectrum?
No. Soul states that all of its CBD products are CBD isolate containing zero THC, third-party confirmed at 0%. This is deliberate positioning rather than an oversight, and it is the main reason to choose the brand.
Will Soul CBD make me fail a drug test?
Soul says users of its zero-THC isolate products should pass a drug test. The separate Out of Office line is hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, and the company explicitly warns that it may show up on a test.
Does Soul publish lab reports?
The About page claims third-party lab testing, but we could not locate a public certificate of analysis library — the lab-results and COA URLs on their own site both return 404. Ask customer service for the batch COA if that matters to you.
What is the free shipping threshold?
The site contradicts itself. The homepage banner says orders over $100 and the FAQ says over $75. Shipping is United States only, and Out of Office drinks are excluded and carry flat-rate shipping.
Can I return Soul products?
Only if unopened and sealed, within 14 days of receipt, and you pay the return shipping. There is no satisfaction guarantee on opened product.
What is Out of Office?
Soul’s hemp-derived Delta-9 THC line, now the brand’s best seller. The gummies run from 1.5mg THC with 15mg CBD up to 15mg THC with 45mg CBD, in 30-count jars, and there is a canned seltzer version.
Which Soul product is best value?
The 1500mg CBD Oil Drops at $70, which works out to roughly 4.7 cents per milligram — the cheapest cannabinoid in the catalogue.
