TRĒ House Review 2026: Strong THC Gummies, and a Mushroom Warning You Should Know About

TRĒ House is a Los Angeles-area hemp brand (TRE Wellness, Inc., founded 2022) known for potent gummies that stack delta 9 THC with THC-P, plus delta 8 gummies and vapes, THC syrups and a line of "magic mushroom" gummies and chocolate.

Our view in one line: the THC gummies are strong and fairly priced, but in December 2025 the California Department of Public Health told people not to eat TRĒ House mushroom products after its tests found synthetic psychedelic compounds. We cover both below, and we only link to the THC products.

The Short Verdict

MCR Score: 7.0/10. For experienced users, TRĒ House's delta 9 + THC-P gummies deliver a lot of effect per dollar: 10 mg of delta 9, 5 mg of THC-P and 10 mg of CBD per gummy at $34.99 for 20. That is not a beginner product.

The score is held back by the brand's mushroom line, which was the subject of a California public health warning, by a Trustpilot profile that Trustpilot has removed for breaking its guidelines, by stock information that contradicts itself across the site, and by a 30-day return policy that sits next to a "60-day guarantee" badge.

The California Mushroom Warning

What the California Department of Public Health found

In December 2025, CDPH warned consumers not to eat TRĒ House mushroom gummies, chocolates and syrups. It reported finding 4-AcO-DET in all the products it tested and 4-AcO-DMT in most: synthetic compounds related to psilocin, the active compound in psilocybin mushrooms. More than 1,000 pounds of product was embargoed and destroyed. TRĒ House said at the time that its own tests found no psilocin.

TRĒ House's current mushroom pages list a proprietary "Neurotonin" blend (30 mg, ingredients not disclosed) with turkey tail, lion's mane, cordyceps and chaga, and say the products contain no psilocybin, psilocin, 4-AcO-DMT, 4-AcO-DET or amanita. A July 2026 ACS Laboratory report for a Sour Grape batch showed all of those below the quantifiable limit. We could not find the outcome of the CDPH investigation.

Our position: we do not recommend or link to TRĒ House's mushroom products. A proprietary blend you cannot see inside, combined with a recent public health warning, is not something we are comfortable sending readers to.

Our Picks

Most Potent

Delta 9 + THC-P Gummies

10 mg D9, 5 mg THC-P and 10 mg CBD per gummy. THC-P is reported to be far more potent than delta 9 per milligram, so start with a quarter or half gummy even if you are a regular THC user.

Simpler

Pineapple Lemonade D9 + CBD Gummies

A 1:1 10 mg delta 9 and 10 mg CBD gummy without THC-P: the more predictable choice in the range.

Lab Testing

TRĒ House lists lab reports by product on a Lab Reports page and says it uses ISO 17025 labs; the most recent report we opened was from ACS Laboratory. Check that the report matches your batch and covers the cannabinoids on the label, including THC-P. Our COA guide shows how.

Shipping, Age and Returns

Shipping

No California orders

TRĒ House does not ship anything to California and restricts specific product types in other states (for example, Utah and North Dakota block nearly everything). Free shipping at $75.

Age

21+ with ID check

Age is verified at checkout through AgeChecker.

Returns

30 days

Unopened or minimally used products within 30 days. A "60-day guarantee" badge on the homepage conflicts with that.

The Federal Hemp Change and TRĒ House

TRĒ House's site still cites the 2018 Farm Bill and says nothing about the 2025 change.

What changes, and when

Public Law 119-37 removes from the federal definition of hemp any finished product with more than 0.4 mg of total THC per container; H.R. 6500 moved most of that change to December 11, 2026. Provisions covering cannabinoids "not capable of being naturally produced" by the cannabis plant keep the earlier November 12, 2026 date, and which delta 8 and THC-P products that captures is still argued over. Every TRĒ House THC product we list is far above 0.4 mg per container. See our guide to which cannabinoids lose hemp status and the deadline tracker.

TRĒ House review: common questions

Is TRĒ House worth the price?

For experienced users, the TRĒ House delta 9 + THC-P gummies deliver a lot of effect per dollar: 10 mg of delta 9, 5 mg of THC-P and 10 mg of CBD per gummy at $34.99 for 20 (regular $44.99) on trehouse.com on October 25, 2026. That is not a beginner product. Also note that TRĒ House's 30-day return policy conflicts with a "60-day guarantee" badge on its homepage, and stock information contradicts itself across the site.

Is TRĒ House lab tested?

Yes. TRĒ House lists lab reports by product on a Lab Reports page and says it uses ISO 17025 labs; the most recent report we opened was from ACS Laboratory. Check that the report matches your batch and covers the cannabinoids on the label, including THC-P; our COA guide shows how.

Which TRĒ House product is strongest?

The Delta 9 + THC-P Gummies are the strongest gummy in the TRĒ House range, with 10 mg delta 9, 5 mg THC-P and 10 mg CBD each, so start with a quarter or half gummy even if you are a regular THC user. The Pineapple Lemonade D9 + CBD Gummies (10 mg delta 9 and 10 mg CBD, no THC-P) are the more predictable TRĒ House choice. We do not recommend the mushroom line; see our best delta 9 gummies ranking for comparison.

Where can you buy TRĒ House, and is there a coupon code?

Our review priced TRĒ House products on trehouse.com, and we also reviewed a TRĒ House gummy sold through CBD.co, the Delta 9 + CBD Peach Pear Gummies. Our review lists no TRĒ House coupon code; subscribe and save is advertised at 30% off, and free shipping starts at $75.

Will the December 2026 federal hemp change affect TRĒ House?

Yes. Public Law 119-37 removes from the federal definition of hemp any finished product with more than 0.4 mg of total THC per container, and every TRĒ House THC product we list is far above that. H.R. 6500 moved most of the change to December 11, 2026, while provisions covering cannabinoids "not capable of being naturally produced" keep the earlier November 12, 2026 date, and which delta 8 and THC-P products that captures is still argued over. TRĒ House's site still cites the 2018 Farm Bill; see our guide to which cannabinoids lose hemp status and the deadline tracker.

TRĒ House FAQ

Is TRĒ House legit?

TRĒ House (TRE Wellness, Inc.) has sold hemp THC products since 2022 and publishes lab reports. Its THC gummies are real, potent products. Its mushroom line was the subject of a December 2025 California public health warning, and Trustpilot has removed its profile for violating its guidelines.

Are TRĒ House mushroom gummies safe?

We cannot say they are. California's health department found synthetic tryptamines in the products it tested in 2025. TRĒ House says its current products contain none, and a July 2026 lab report agrees, but the blend is proprietary. We do not recommend them.

How strong are TRĒ House gummies?

The D9 + THC-P gummies contain 10 mg delta 9, 5 mg THC-P and 10 mg CBD each. Start with a quarter or half gummy.

Does TRĒ House ship to California?

No. TRĒ House does not ship any products to California.

Final Thoughts

TRĒ House makes potent, good-value THC gummies for experienced users, and that is the only part of the range we recommend. Start low with the THC-P gummies, skip the mushroom products, and plan around the federal changes coming in November and December.
