Medterra’s DHL shipping is the VERY VERY WORST!!!!!! My CBD has been bouncing around the country for weeks. Was in my hometown twice and is all the way across the country at their shipping hub YET AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! The only thing worse than Medterra’s Third World Shipping is their customer service. Their customer service is mostly AI that basically wants to hang up on you as fast as it can. The only customer service number is some Third World Country stating the package is not lost. Yeah, it is not lost but it is NOT AT MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Medterra if you want your CBD in a week.
