A jar advertising 4000mg total tells you almost nothing. We divide by the piece count and rank on what one gummy actually contains, because that is the number you dose with.
Batch-specific lab reports
We look for a certificate of analysis tied to the batch code on the jar, not a generic PDF from two years ago. Where a brand does not publish one, we say so in the review.
Price per milligram, not per jar
The $99 EMPE USA jar is better value per milligram than several $25 jars. Sticker price on its own is a poor guide in this category.
Honest labelling beats big numbers
Brands that state cannabinoid content per piece, list the piece count and publish shipping exclusions score higher with us than brands leaning on “extra strength” badges.

Delta 9 or Delta 8?

What does live resin or live rosin mean on a gummy?
They describe the extract, not the strength. Live resin uses solvents on fresh-frozen material; live rosin is solventless. Both usually cost more and are marketed on terpene content.
How long do THC gummies take to work?
Edibles are absorbed through digestion, so they take considerably longer to be felt than inhaled products, and the timing varies a lot between people. That is why we recommend starting low and waiting rather than redosing quickly.
