Koi Review (2026): The CBD Veteran That Went All-In on THC
Koi has been around since 2015, which in hemp terms is close to prehistory. It was founded in a Los Angeles garage by a brother, sister and cousin, still describes itself as family-owned, and built its early reputation on CBD vape juice and tinctures at a time when almost nobody else was doing either properly.
The 2026 catalogue looks very different. CBD is still there — the PRIZM broad-spectrum gummies and tinctures are the anchor — but the growth has been in intoxicating hemp: Delta 8, Delta 9, THCA flower and pre-rolls, THC-P, plus CBN, CBG and a mushroom line. Koi now sells a 125mg blended gummy and a five-gram disposable vape, which is not where a 2015 CBD brand was expected to end up.
What has stayed constant is the paperwork. Batch-level COAs, published THCA percentages per strain, and a refund policy that runs to 150 days. What has not kept up is availability, and on two products the potency labelling is thinner than it should be.
The Short Verdict
Koi is the most complete hemp catalogue we review. If you want CBD gummies with no THC, a 10mg Delta 9 gummy, a 125mg blend, an eighth of 32 percent THCA flower and a five-gram vape from the same checkout, there is no other brand on this site that covers all of it.
The paperwork backs it up. COAs are searchable by the batch number on your jar rather than posted as one generic PDF, THCA percentages are published per strain, and the return policy is the longest we have seen: full refund inside 90 days, half between 90 and 150.
Two things hold the score down. Availability is genuinely patchy — several products were down to a single flavour when we checked, and two of the three THCA flower tiers were sold out entirely. And on the Dragon Blend gummy and the 5g vape, Koi publishes a total milligram figure without a per-cannabinoid breakdown, which on products containing THC-P is a real gap.
What Koi Actually Sells
The catalogue splits into four lines that barely overlap. CBD is the original business: PRIZM broad-spectrum gummies in Anytime Balance and Nighttime Rest, plus tinctures, balms and creams. THC is undetectable, the gummies are certified vegan and kosher, and nothing in this line will get you high.
Delta 8 is the middle ground — a 25mg gummy and a 50mg Extra Strength gummy, both pectin-based. Delta 9 covers a 10mg-plus-20mg-CBD gummy, a 25mg Extra Strength version, and the Dragon Blend at 125mg of mixed cannabinoids.
THCA is the newest and most interesting: three graded flower tiers running from 22 to 32 percent, diamond-infused pre-rolls, and a 5g live resin disposable that blends THCA, THC-P and Delta 9. There is also a smaller CBN, CBG and mushroom range, and a kratom category that currently has no products in it.
Two things Koi advertises that we could not stand behind
Koi’s homepage meta description says free shipping on every order; the FAQ and rewards pages both say $69 or more. Product pages advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee; the published refund policy is the 90 or 150-day tiered one. Where the site contradicts itself we have quoted the policy page, which is the stronger document.

Lab Testing and Transparency
Koi’s lab results page is searchable by the batch number printed on your product, which is the version of COA publishing that actually helps a buyer. A single PDF per product line tells you what some batch looked like once; a batch lookup tells you what is in the jar in your hand.
The THCA flower listings go further and publish a tested percentage for every strain in every tier, from 20.9 percent on Malawi Gold up to 32.46 on E85. Very few hemp flower sellers do this at all, and fewer still do it per strain rather than per tier.
The gap is on the blends. The Dragon Blend gummy is labelled as 125mg of Delta 9 plus Delta 8 and tagged under THC-P, but Koi’s own page copy is not consistent about how that 125mg divides. The 5g vape states 5,000mg of total oil with no cannabinoid breakdown at all.
Why this matters more than usual
THC-P is dramatically more potent by weight than Delta 9. On a product that contains it, a total-milligram figure without a split is not enough information to dose from. Pull the COA for your batch before you decide how much to take.
The Availability Problem
This is the most practical criticism we have of Koi, and it is not a small one. At the time of writing, the Delta 8 and Delta 9 gummies were down to Watermelon only across all jar sizes. The Nighttime Rest 10-count was gone. Two of the three THCA flower tiers — Gold and Silver — were sold out in every weight, as was the Platinum 14g.
Koi’s 50-percent-off promotional collection, which uses the code GOODVIBES50, was also largely made up of items showing out of stock, which makes the offer less useful than it looks.
None of this affects product quality. It does mean that if you have a specific flavour or strain in mind, you should check the page before you plan the order — and that the Dragon Blend, Extra Strength Delta 8 and Platinum flower are the safest bets for actually completing a purchase.
