Extract Labs Review 2026: Organic CBD, 25% Off on Subscribe
Extract Labs is a Colorado CBD maker founded in December 2016 by Craig Henderson, a combat veteran who started the business in his garage after serving in Iraq. It sells full-spectrum, broad-spectrum and isolate CBD oils, organic CBD gummies, CBN sleep products, delta 9 gummies, topicals and a THC seltzer called Sojourn.
Two things make it stand out: much of the range carries USDA Organic certification, and almost everything is 25% off on subscription. Its discount program for veterans, teachers, first responders, health care workers and people on disability or low income is one of the most generous we have seen.
The Short Verdict
MCR Score: 8.6/10. Extract Labs does the basics very well: organic-certified products, a searchable batch database of lab reports from SC Labs, clear milligram labeling and real savings for subscribers. Its 50 mg full-spectrum organic gummies and the THC-free CBN + CBD sleep gummies are the standouts.
Points off for small-print conflicts we could not resolve from the site: the FAQ allows returns within 7 days on unopened items while product pages show a 60-day money-back badge, and the discount program is described as 50% off on one page and 60% off on others. Its Trustpilot profile is small (3.1 out of 5 from 14 reviews).
Buying tip: subscribe and save
Subscribing takes 25% off the products we checked, and first-time newsletter sign-ups are offered 20% off. If you qualify for the discount program (veterans, teachers, first responders, health care workers, people on disability or low income), apply for that before your first order.

Our Picks
Organic CBD Gummies, Daily Support
50 mg of full-spectrum CBD per gummy is a strong dose, and the USDA Organic label is rare in gummies. Half a gummy is a sensible start.
THC-Free CBN + CBD Gummies
A broad-spectrum 3:1 CBD-to-CBN gummy for nights, without THC. The pick for people who are drug-tested but want a sleep-focused formula.
Organic CBD Oil, Daily Support
Full-spectrum, organic-certified, in three strengths. Start with the 1500 mg bottle and move up only if you need to.
Delta 9 Gummies, Mood
A balanced 10 mg THC and 10 mg CBD per gummy, 20 per bottle. A full adult dose, not a microdose: start with half.
Sojourn: Extract Labs' THC Seltzer
Sojourn is sold as a 4-pack of 12 oz cans, each with 10 mg of hemp-derived delta 9 THC and 10 mg of CBD, at $34.99 ($26.24 on subscription). Extract Labs suggests starting with half a can. It is a good fit for people who want a drink instead of a gummy; compare it with Melo and Vena in our THC drinks guide.
Lab Testing
Extract Labs runs a searchable batch database at batch.extractlabs.com, so you can match the batch number on your product to its report. The site says only that it uses "ISO 17025 accredited labs in Colorado"; the reports we opened were from SC Labs in Denver.
The September 2026 report for a watermelon sugar-free delta 9 gummy batch measured 11.98 mg of delta 9 THC per gummy against the 10 mg on the label (239.6 mg per 20-count container). That is about 20% over label: worth knowing if you are dosing carefully. Our COA guide explains how to read these reports.
Discounts, Shipping and Returns
Subscribe, sign up, qualify
25% off on subscription, 20% off a first order for newsletter sign-ups, and rewards worth $10 per 100 points. The discount program offers 50% off one order a month up to $400 (60% on the homepage) for eligible groups.
Free over $75
Free US shipping on orders of $75 or more; international orders are a flat $75. The delta 9 gummies we checked are 21+ and do not ship to Colorado.
Check before you buy
The FAQ allows returns of unopened products within 7 days, while product pages show a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee badge. Ask support which applies before you order.
The Federal Hemp Change and Extract Labs
Extract Labs' FAQ still describes full-spectrum products under the 2018 Farm Bill's 0.3% delta 9 THC dry-weight rule and says nothing about the 2025 change.
What changes on December 11, 2026
Public Law 119-37 removes from the federal definition of hemp any finished product with more than 0.4 mg of total THC per container, and H.R. 6500 moved most of that change to December 11, 2026. The delta 9 gummies (about 200 mg THC per bottle), Sojourn (10 mg per can) and the full-spectrum oils and gummies are all above that line. The broad-spectrum THC-free and isolate products are the ones designed to stay under it. See our deadline tracker.
Who Should Buy Extract Labs, and Who Should Not
Buy it if…
You want organic-certified CBD, a strong 50 mg gummy, a THC-free CBN sleep gummy, or you qualify for the discount program.
Look elsewhere if…
You want a microdose THC gummy (the Mood gummy is 10 mg), you live in Colorado and want delta 9, or you want a simple, generous return policy in writing.
Extract Labs review: common questions
Is Extract Labs worth the price?
Yes, once you subscribe: our review calls Extract Labs fairly priced once you subscribe, and subscribing takes 25% off the products we checked. For example, the 50 mg Organic CBD Gummies (30 count) were $59.99 one-time or $44.99 on subscription when we checked on October 25, 2026. First-time newsletter sign-ups are offered 20% off, and eligible groups can get 50% off one order a month up to $400 through the discount program.
Extract Labs FAQ
Is Extract Labs legit?
Yes. It has been selling CBD since 2016, publishes batch lab reports, holds USDA Organic certification on many products and was not on the FDA's CBD warning-letter list when we checked.
Where is Extract Labs based?
Colorado. Its pages give both Lafayette and Boulder, and mention a second lab in Louisville, Kentucky.
Does Extract Labs have a veterans discount?
Yes. Its discount program covers veterans, teachers, first responders, health care workers, people on disability and low-income customers: 50% off one order per month, capped at $400 (some pages say 60%).
Do Extract Labs gummies contain THC?
The Daily Support gummies are full spectrum, so they contain trace THC. The PM CBN + CBD gummies are labeled THC-free. The Mood gummies contain 10 mg THC each.
Final Thoughts
Extract Labs is one of the most trustworthy CBD makers we review: organic, well-tested and fairly priced once you subscribe. Start with the Daily Support gummies or oil, use the CBN gummies for sleep, and check the batch report for anything with THC.
