How much should a first-time user take?

Start with the lowest labelled dose on the package and wait before taking more. Edibles are absorbed through digestion, so they take considerably longer to be felt than inhaled products. Are hemp THC gummies legal where I live?

Federally, hemp products at or below 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight are treated differently from marijuana, but individual states regulate hemp THC separately and several restrict it. Many brands will not ship Delta 8 products to AK, AZ, AR, CO, DE, ID, IA, LA, MS, MT, NY, ND, RI, UT or VT. Always check the brand’s own shipping policy before ordering.
