One note on the scores. The numbers in the table above are product scores. The numbers here are our brand MCR Scores, because these three are new to this page and we score the brand before we score each bottle. They are not directly comparable to the 9.6 at the top.

Cost per milligram is ours, not the brand’s: we divide the one-time price by the total CBD in the bottle. Vena lists 50mg of CBD per 1ml dropper in a 30ml bottle, which is where the 1500mg total comes from. No brand on this page prints this number themselves.
Vena Full Spectrum CBD Tincture
At roughly 2.7 cents a milligram this is the cheapest bottle of the three by a wide margin, and the only one of them carrying meaningful THC — 2mg alongside 50mg of CBD in every dropper, which is the combination most people mean when they say they want the full-spectrum effect. In this whole roundup only FOCL’s 3000mg bottle beats it on cost per milligram.
Buy it if you want full spectrum with real THC in it and you care about per-milligram value. Look elsewhere if you are drug tested, or if you want a choice of strength — Vena makes exactly one tincture, in citrus, and that is the whole range.
Soul CBD Oil Drops
Soul’s core CBD line is isolate, so there is no THC to worry about, and it is the only brand of the three that sells the same drops in three strengths — 500mg, 1000mg and 1500mg — so you can size up without switching product. Per-product COA PDFs are linked from the listing.
Buy it if you are drug tested or simply want THC off the table. Look elsewhere if you want the entourage effect, which isolate by definition does not give you. One warning: Soul runs rotating discount codes, and when we checked on 20 September a code was knocking the 500mg down to $17.40. That is a promotion, not the list price. We publish the list price so the comparison stays honest — check what the buy box actually says on the day.
Medterra Enhanced Relief Broad Spectrum
The most expensive per milligram of the three, and the one whose paperwork we trust most: ISO 17025 testing and a QR code on the bottle that pulls the batch result for the bottle in your hand, rather than a folder of PDFs. Broad spectrum at 33mg per dropper, in citrus or unflavoured.
Buy it if verifiable batch-level lab work matters more to you than price. Look elsewhere if you are buying on value — you are paying roughly two and a half times Vena’s per-milligram rate. Medterra also does not test for herbicides or glyphosate, which it states openly; we would rather a brand disclose that than stay quiet.
Lab Testing on These Three
Lab work is where these three separate most clearly, and it is the main reason Vena scores below the other two despite winning on price. Medterra publishes per-batch results reachable by QR code. Soul links a COA PDF from each product. Vena puts its certificates in a shared Dropbox folder with no batch lookup, no named lab and no dates on the files — the weakest disclosure of any brand we cover, and worth knowing before you buy.
